Time to move to the cloud

We have been using a bespoke inhouse CRM system to keep our customer records for more than 10 years.

 

During that time we developed it to fulfil the requirements both within our company and to meet requests from customers. Always keeping it straight-forward and easy to use!

 

BlueBookCrm evolved as it is today when we needed to keep track of our overseas customers in the Middle East, where geolocation is not as advanced as it is in Europe. Throughout the development, we have not lost sight of our aim of keeping it simple to use.

 

The latest innovation is to plot the customer's location on Google maps. This allows the user drag the pin and to verify the customer's location from actual knowledge when visiting the customer site.

 

This has many advantages:

 

  • Accurate locations can be passed on to the rest of the team.
  • Being able to plan a journey to save travelling time
  • If an appointment is cancelled, highlighting any prosective customers who are in a nearby location.
